The overall responsibility for health, safety, environmental and quality management in the company as a whole lays with CEO. As a person in charge CEO is to see that the various guidelines are followed. Beyond this, the Board of Directors receives regular performance reports, and review the guidelines periodically. HMR's HSE and QA work is based on the Norwegian law on internal control of HSE, as well as on the compliance with ISO 9001:2008 management system. | | | | | | | |
